1 Corinthians 12:10 says one thing the Holy Spirit helps the Body (us together) do is distinguish between spirits —that means being able to identify them. One way to do that is to know which are “strongmen” (Jesus talks about strongmen in Luke 11:19-22) and which are “underlings” (that is, inferior demons that serve the aims of the strongman). A thorough study of scriptures, coupled with the experience of those who’ve been doing this work for decades, produces a list of the following strongmen.
